Kyrgyzstan trip: Tour 2

Day 1: Bishkek - Kyzyl Oi
We are glad to see in Kyrgyzstan. You will be met at Manas International Airport for about 30 minutes. We will have city tour and visit Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala Too Square, Old Square, National Philharmonic, and many others places of interest. We will travel to Kyzyl Oi village through the southern part of Kyrgyzstan. On the tour you will see breathtaking views of highly mountains and gorges. Admire the panoramic view of Tue Ashuu, which altitude is 3000-meter high. It's one of the most imposing road in Kyrgyzstan. Overnight is in a home stay.

Day 2: Kyzyl Oi - Son Kul
We will travel to Son Kul Lake. It is the second largest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan which is located in Naryn region with altitude 3016 meters above the sea level. Kyrgyz nomads come here for rest. This lake is enclosed by mountains and herders started to use it as a pastureland. We are sure you will love it. Night is in a yurt.

 

Day 3: Son Kul - Tash Rabat
The tour will start by travelling to Tash Rabat. Tash Rabat Caravanserai is Stone Castle from the 14th century that located on the Great Silk Road on Tian Shan Mountains. It was built of stone blocks inside a mountain at an elevation of 3200 m above sea level. See 31 rooms in the mountain and walls of 1 m thick. In past times it was underground prison. Rest is in a yurt.

Day 4: Tash Rabat - Kochkor
The road will lead to captivating gorge and over the mountain pass that is 3 000 meters high to the Kochkor village. There you will spend time by making national felt carpets that a family show you. You are going to visit a small handicraft museum there and silver decorations, coats made of wolfs, horse saddle decorations, carpets and many other things. Night is in a home stay. 

Day 5: Kochkor - Issyk Kul southern shore - Skazka - Karakol
On this day of a tour we will travel to "the pearl of Central Asia" - Issyk Kul Lake. It is the second largest alpine lake in the world. About 1 500 years local people reflected Issyk - Kul is a sacred lake. Travelers will admire the beauty of lakes. Skazka (Fairy Tale) Canyon is located on the southern shore of Lake Issyk Kul near the village Tosor. Skazka is a high-class and interesting place where the red sand takes various forms. We will visit Bokonbaeva village to visit a local eagle-hunter then travel to Karakol town and see Jeti Oguz and the Broken Heart Mountain. Night is in a guesthouse.

Day 6: Karakol - Issyk Kul northern shore - Bishkek
The day will start by travelling to Bishkek city. On the way you will admire beautiful panorama view of it. In this place people were thoughtful that it was the center of the world. See petroglyphs that were made by shamans 2 000 years ago of the 800 B.C. Overnight is in a hotel.

Day 7: Bishkek - Airport
Morning transfer to airport.
