Great nomadic fashion trip, remarkable experience!  During the trip you will find out about Kyrgyz traditions, customs and culture, because the Kyrgyz being nomads for thousand years managed to keep all their amazing traditions and customs till now days.


Day 1: Bishkek - Chon Kemin valley (170 km - 4 h)
Transfer from Manas International Airport to Bishkek City. You will be accompanied by your guide. In case you arrive too early we can offer you a good room with comfortable beds and you will be able to take a shower.  In Bishkek you will start this first day with a breakfast in Dungan (Chinese Muslims) Guesthouse. The rest of this day is devoted to a guided Bishkek City Tour, including lunch. This City tour includes the visiting of many places of interest: the central Ala-Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), National philharmonic, Oriental Bazaar,  National Art Gallery. Transfer to Chon Kemin valley. On the way stop to visit the Burana Tower Museum, a site of a medieval city of Balasagun, the capital of the Karahanid Kaganate, a Turkic dynasty of the 11 century.  Dinner and overnight is in Ashuu guesthouse in Chon Kemin.

Day 2: Chon Kemin valley - Tamga (150 km - 4 h)
Breakfast. Then you will have time for a photo session to capture all the prettiness of Chon Kemin Valley - large alpine valley. Here you have a superb occasion to see real Kyrgyz nomads who live in yurts almost like 1000 years ago in the Tien- Shan Mountains bounded by fast - flowing streams and rivers, and of course Tien - Shan fir trees. Afterwards we will go on with our trip to the village of Tamga. Is situated on the southern shore of Issik Kul lake; it is the biggest lake in Kyrgyzstan and the second largest mountain lake in the world. Before our leaving to Tamga village, we will stop not far from Chon-Kemin in order to walk 2 hours in Konorchek labyrinths, where at the end of the gorge you will see a magic view of red mountains. Then picnic is organized here. There is a military sanatorium in Tamga where soviet cosmonauts used to rehabilitate and train their skills, as the altitude and climate formed just perfect conditions to do that. On the way to Tamga we will visit our famous Talgat - a huntsman with golden eagles. Talgat will tell us about his birds. After it we can do some photos of the eagles. After arrival in Tamga village (1600m) you will have sometime to swim in the lake. "Askar" guesthouse accommodation.

Day 3: Tamga - Barskoon gorge - Dunguromo Pass (3570 m) - Dugurotmo gorge (5 hours) 
This will be an unbelievable opportunity for you to reveal the top secrets of producing those wonderful nomadic dwellings. After breakfast we will drive to Barskoon village. There we will visit the family who are occupied with manufacturing of yurts. Then we continue our way to Barskoon gorge, one of the most striking places in the Terskey Ala Too Mountain Range. You will see one of the highest cascades that is 60 meters high, in Kyrgyzstan (alt. 2500 m) as well as the monument for cosmonaut with a sign of 1st man in the space - Urii Gagarin.  From this place we start our trekking. We will have a rise to 3100 m. Dunguromo pass. Passing through it we find ourselves in a breathtaking valley Dunguromo. Dinner will give us an opportunity to share with impressions of the first day. After a few kilometers down from the pass at the altitude of 2850 m, we stop for the camping.  Night is in tents.

Day 4: Dungurotmo gorge - Zauka Pass (3750 m) - Chokolu Lake (7 hours)
Today we awaken early in the morning, at around 7 o'clock. We have a « upright » trek over Zauka Pass to the Chokolu Lake, which is considered to be a historical pass, the part of the great Silk Road. The Chinese Muslims are also known passed this place coming from China 200 years ago, as well as famous travelers such as Ella Mayart 1932, Semenov Tyanshyanskii 1856.  The land is relatively flat. The climate is close to the tundra climate.  From vegetation prevails fine grass and moss. Coming closer to the Chokolu Lake we will set up our camp for the night. Night is in tents at the altitude of 3800 m.

Day 5: Chokolu Lake - Zauka Pass (3750 m) - Dzukuu gorge - Ashu Kashka Suu gorge
We have to get back to the Zauka pass and after passing it we will reach the Dzhukuu valley. After breakfast we will have to prepare all our gear and things to immerse them all on the horse backs and we will go further. Then going down the gorge about 20 km and reaching the foot of the Ashu Kashka Suu gorge.  We set up tents for the night. On the way we meet with Kyrgyz nomads who live here in summer time. You will be satisfyingly amazed Kyrgyz nomads' hospitality. We will try Kyrgyz cheese there and if you want you can try Kyrgyz beer (fermented mare's milk). Dinner and overnight is in tents (at the altitude of 2770 m).

Day 6: Ashu Kashka Suu gorge - Ashu Tor Pass (3490 m) - Jukuchak gorge (7 hours)
We will have to prepare all of our gear and then we will hike up the gorge Ashu Kashka Suu. Early morning departure. Reaching the foot of the pass, we make a short halt for having lunch and then we will have to climb to the Ashu Tor Pass (3490 m). After the pass we get into the Dzhukuchak gorge where the mineral thermal springs of water are. Here we are given a break to take a bath with hot mineral water which we all dreamed for 4 days of our trek. After good bath our guide will offer you a local beer but not Kyrgyz beer, this time is true Kyrgyz beer.   Dinner and overnight is in tents at an elevation of 2500 m.

Day 7: Dzhukuchak gorge - Orto Bulak Pass (2900 m) - Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge
In the morning first we reach in the territory of Issyk Kul forestry that is located in the Dzhukuchak gorge. We will move towards the Kichi Kyzyl Suu Valley. Further we have to climb to the pass Orto Bulak (2900 m). Then we approach to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu canyon where we break our camp for the night. This place is famous for its incredible beauty and stunning views of mountains.  Dinner.  Sharing impressions of the passed day. You are supposed to spent this night in tents at the altitude of 2300 m.

Day 8: Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge - Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge - Jili Suu water warm springs
First we have to go down to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge through the territory of forestry. Later than a good breakfast we begin our trek towards the pretty valley - ChonKyzyl Suu. Then we will go along the Djily Suu Mountains and finally we approach Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge, thre we come into the Ak Tash area. Then move go up about 3 miles up to the mineral termal springs where we will again be able to take a hot bath. Nomads and magnificent mountains make you feel like you are on the top of the world! Overnight stay is in tents at the altitude of 2150 m. The region is famous for its beauty!

Day 9: Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge - Kok Dzhayyk Pass (2700 meters) - Jeti Oguz gorge
After breakfast we start in the route of the Jeti Oguz gorge - one of the most popular places to visit in our country. This is the last day of trek. First, we go down to the Ak Tash area, where we cross the river Kyzyl Suu (Red River). The way will pass through a small pine forest, which will impress you with its daed silence. After that we begin the ascent to the pass Kok  Dzhayyk. It seems as if the whole world looks at you there. After the forest we will have a look at the Jeti Oguz gorge which will impress you for sure. After several kilometers we get to the yurt camp Kok Dzhayyk at the altitude of 2300 m. where we spend the night. Dinner and overnight stay in yurts.

Day 10: Jety Oguz gorge - Karakol (30 km 
1 h)
Today we will visit Prjvalsky Memorial Complex, devoted to the first outstanding Russian explorer of Central Asia. To recognize the Kyrgyz life of the 19th century we will visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral and the wooden mosque, made in the Chinese style. As soon as we finish with breakfast our journey will continue in the direction of the capital of Issik Kul region. Check-in hotel Elita**.  In the evening we drive to Dyishin village. We will have dinner with Chinese Muslims, here they are called Dungans. They are good at agriculture and very famous for national cuisine.   The Dungans came from Dunhuang that is Central China. Chinese Muslims came to Kyrgyzstan 200 years ago when it was a war between Chinese and not Chinese nationalities and religions. You will have dinner after we come back to hotel. We will have a chance to try different kinds of salads and of course national Dungan bread.

Day 11: Karakol - Kochkor village (330 km-6 h)
In the early morning we move to the Kochkor village, where we can discover national traditions and customs, look at the process of making traditional Kyrgyz bright felt carpets and visit a handicraft museum. On the way to Kochkor village we will drive along the north shore of Issyk Kul Lake - it means you will see the "pearl of Central Asia" form all sights! Overnight is in a guesthouse. In the evening you will listen to the Folk-concert. Also we will see and participate in the process of settling a yurt, a traditional collapsible felt house of nomads. Dinner in a yurt and carpet-making show is prearranged especially for you.    

Day 12: Kochkor - Bishkek
Bishkek transfer. Guesthouse accommodation. Time for shopping or to walk around capital.

Day 13: Bishkek - Europe
Transfer from the hotel at the pick up time arranged previously according to your flight details to Manas International Airport.
