The climate in the country is described sharp and continental with all four seasons distinctively following each other. The annual rainfall is relatively low with 240 days of sun annually. The mornings are generally cool and fresh and the afternoons are hazy with occasional rain during the summer time, in the mountains. The fever in the country depending on the regions can be different from 16° and 24°C (61-75°F) in July and -6° and - 4°C (20-23°F) in January in the lowlands. The temperatures fluctuate from 8° to 12°C (45-54°F) in July vary from -20° and -14°C (-4-7°F) in January in the highlands. Winter time can have heavy snow.
